D LIKE WORKS（以下、「当事業者」といいます。）は、当事業者が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーションおよび関連サービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）における、利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
D LIKE WORKS (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in smartphone applications and related services provided by the Studio (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

当事業者は、本サービスの提供・改善にあたり、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。
The Studio may collect the following information in the course of providing and improving the Services:
- 端末情報: OSバージョン、端末モデル、広告識別子（Google Advertising IDなど）
- 利用状況ログ: アプリの起動履歴、クラッシュログ、利用統計データ
- お問い合わせ情報: 送信元のメールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容
- 提携先モジュールによる自動取得: 広告配信や利用動向解析ツール等を通じて自動的に送信される情報
- Device Information: OS version, device model, advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
- Usage Logs: App launch timestamps, crash logs, aggregate usage metrics.
- Inquiry Details: Sender’s email address and inquiry content.
- Automated Module Data: Information automatically collected by third-party partner SDKs (analytics, ad platforms).

取得した情報は、以下の目的のために利用いたします。
The collected information will be used for the following purposes:
- 本サービスの提供、動作維持、アップデートの円滑な実施
- アプリの不具合対応、クラッシュ原因の特定、および品質向上・利便性の改善
- 利用者からのお問い合わせへの適切な調査・返答
- 不正利用・不正アクセスの防止、利用規約違反への適切な対応
- To provide, operate, maintain, and update the Services.
- To diagnose software defects, resolve crashes, and enhance user experience and app stability.
- To investigate and respond appropriately to user inquiries.
- To prevent unauthorized access or misuse, and enforce service terms.
[ 3 ] 第三者提供および外部モジュールの利用
[ 3 ] Third-Party Provision & External Modules
当事業者は、あらかじめ利用者の同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体の保護のために緊急の必要がある場合を除きます。
なお、本サービスには、サービス向上や広告配信を目的として、Google社等の第三者が提供する外部ソフトウェア開発キット（SDK）が含まれる場合があります。これら提携先が取得する情報の取扱いについては、各事業者の定めるプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
The Studio will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without prior user consent, except when required by applicable laws or necessary to protect life/safety.
The Services may integrate third-party software development kits (such as Google services) for quality measurement and ad serving. Information collected by these partners is governed by their respective privacy terms.
[ 4 ] 利用者情報の開示・削除
[ 4 ] Disclosure & Deletion of User Information
利用者ご本人から自己の個人情報について開示、訂正、または削除を求められた場合は、ご本人であることを確認させていただいたうえで、法令に従い合理的な期間内に適切に対応いたします。
When a user requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information, the Studio will verify the requester’s identity and process the request within a reasonable timeframe in compliance with applicable laws.

[ 5 ] Changes to this Policy
当事業者は、法令の改正やサービスの改善に伴い、本ポリシーの内容を改定することがあります。改定後の本ポリシーは、当サイトまたはアプリ内に掲載された時点より効力を生じるものとします。
The Studio may modify this Privacy Policy in response to regulatory changes or service enhancements. The revised policy will become effective immediately upon posting on this website or within the application.

While the Studio strives to ensure accuracy and software stability, we make no explicit warranties regarding completeness, timeliness, or fitness for specific purposes.
The Studio assumes no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
